JUICE NFC (Not from Concentrate)

Our fruit assortment get’s pasteurized directly after pressing the selected raw materials. This is the most gentle method to guarantee our customers a tasty and healthy product. It is the optimal product for pure bottling or in combination with other sorts. NFC Juices can be cloudy or filtered by Ultrafiltration. The Brix range is from 5 – 20 Brix depending on the fruit.

Juice Concentrates

In order to preserve the valuable ingredients of our fruits and to make logistic / storing more efficient we use the latest concentration technologies for water detracting. Flavour, colour, taste and other fruit components remain preserved in the best possible way for further applications. Clear advantage is the reduced transport and storage costs and the possible quality standardization. Juice Concentrates can be clear, cloudy or even pulp containing. 65 Brix are standard for berry concentrates. Special products can have 50-70 Brix.

Puree Single Strength

Washing. Sorting. Refining. Filling. Freshly pureed fruits offer great taste and a full body mouthfeel. Purees are optimal for many industrial high quality products like smoothies, beverages, fruit preparations, fruit souces, toppings, fillings, ice cream,… The purees can be refined with sieves 0,5 – 3 mm hole diameters. Brix depends on the raw material (5-20 Brix).

Puree Concentrates

The puree concentrate offer a combination of fresh refined berries with the logistic advantage of a concentrate. Our purees are concentrated on thermic concentrators of the latest generation. The process is gentle in respect of quality and energy consumption. Our puree concentrates reach 25 – 30 Brix depending on the fruit.

IQF Berries

Since the raw material is the key factor of our organic products and we have close relations to the fruit producers we can offer also IQF Forrest Berries from them. The berries get washed, shockfrozen, calibrated and laser-sorted. Typical qualities are premium class for jam and fruit preparation, freeze drying, retail packing and class 2 for anthocyanin extraction or other processing steps. The Brix content depends on the year and fruit (7 – 20 Brix).

Spraydried Extracts and Juice Powders

A convenient product form in health supplement and other industrial fruit applications are spraydried (SD) powders. Highly concentrated fruit extracts (f.e. Anthocyanins from Elderberry) or the straight fruit juice are spraydried on a Maltodextrin carrier. The standardized powders are easy to store / handle, fully water soluble and have a long shelf life at ambient temperature. In our assortment you can find SD Juice Powders from all available fruit types as well as specific SD Elderberry anthocyanin standardized extracts. Freeze dried / vacuum dried Fruit and Vegetable Bits / Powders
For applications of fruits in breakfast muesli, fruit tea, confectionary, ice cream we have freeze dried, vacuum dried and air dried products in the assortment. The range covers all available fruits and in different shapes (whole, cube, slice, powder). For European fruits (Apple, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry,…) we can also offer food grade Fruit Fibre with a particle size of <40 microns which are strongly water binding. 

Freeze dried / Vacuum dried Fruit and Vegetable Bits / Powders

For applications of fruits in breakfast muesli, fruit tea, confectionary, ice cream we have freeze dried, vacuum dried and air dried products in the assortment. The range covers all available fruits and in different shapes (whole, cube, slice, powder). For European fruits(Apple, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry,…) we can also offer food grade Fruit Fibre with a particle size of <40 microns which are strongly water binding.
